INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds ground beef
4 large potatoes (peeled and quartered)
8 ounces mixed frozen vegetables
(Onion, chopped. Garlic, minced)
(Oil. Butter. ½ & ½ milk. Tomato paste. Beef broth. Spices: Rosemary, dried. Thyme, dried. Powder onion. Powder garlic. Salt).
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a skillet, sauté onion, then garlic. Set aside.
2. Cook meat half-way. Add onion and garlic. Tomato paste. Mixed vegetables. Beef broth. Rosemary. Thyme. Salt. Set aside.
3. In a big pot, add water and the potatoes. Boil the water. Cook until soft.
4. In a large bowl, mash the potatoes. Add: Milk. Butter. Powder garlic. Powder onion. Salt. Mix well.
5. In a baking dish, spread the meat mix. Add the mashed potato on top. Bake in oven, 400 degrees, for 20 minutes.
