INGREDIENTS:

2 small Cornish hens (instead of baby-pigeons)

3 cups fareek (baby-wheat)

2 medium onions

6 garlic cloves

(Ghee oil. Pinenuts. Lemon juice. Spices: Nutmeg. Allspice. Cloves. Cumin. Coriander, salt).

DIRECTIONS:

1. Cook fareek like rice, with salt and ghee.

2. Sauté onion, then garlic. Add fareek. Pinenuts. Spices. Mix for few minutes

3. Stuff hens with some. Cook 400 degrees, 30 minutes.

4. Serve hens on top of fareek.

5. Use drippings of hens as side dressing on hens.
