Ingredients:
4 pounds corned beef (with spice package)
4 potatoes (peeled, cut wedges)
4 carrots (peeled, cut wedges)
1 large cabbage (cut wedges)
I large onion (cut slices)
(Spices: package. Salt and Pepper. Oil. Garlic)

Instructions:
1. Sear corned beef in skillet, few minutes each side.
2. Place corned beef in pot, fat side up.
3. Boil, medium heat, 2 hours
4. Add: Onion. Potatoes. Cabbage. Carrots. Spices
5. When done, take meat out. Slice against the grain. Serve with the vegetables.
