INGREDIENTS:’
2 pounds ground beef, or lamb (divide, one pound each)
2 cups bulgur wheat (#1, fine)
1 large onion (diced)
6 garlic cloves (chopped)
(Oil. Spices: Powder onion. Powder garlic. Pinenuts. Lebanese 7 Spices. Salt)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Saute one pound ground beef with onion. Add garlic. Pinenuts. 7 Spices. Don’t over-cook (will cook more in oven).
2. Mix other pound ground beef with bulgur. Use some water. Until smooth.
3. Add powder garlic, powder onion, salt and 7 Spices.
4. Spread half kibbeh mix on bottom of baking dish. Spread meat mixt on top. Spread other half on top. Slice diagonally into diamantes. Pinenut on each diamond.
5. Bake 20 minutes in 400 degrees oven.
